General Refund Policy

Kirkify processes payments through Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. All refund requests are subject to review and approval based on the circumstances of each case.

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Service Failure: If our service fails to deliver the promised face transformation functionality due to technical issues on our end
  2. Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction
  3. Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization
  4. Technical Errors: If a technical error on our part prevented you from using the service you purchased

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after making a purchase
  2. Dissatisfaction with Results: If you are not satisfied with the quality or appearance of the generated face transformation (as results may vary based on input images)
  3. User Error: If the issue was caused by user error, such as uploading an incompatible image format or providing incorrect information
  4. Service Usage: If you have already used the service and received the generated content
  5. Subscription Cancellation: Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods

Subscription Refunds

Monthly/Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
  • Current Period: Canceling a subscription does not refund the current billing period, but prevents future charges
  • Prorated Refunds: Prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not available unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (such as credit packs) are generally non-refundable once the service has been used, unless there is a technical issue on our end.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we may dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback.
